I find a rash vest over the top makes sure you don't get caught ducking under the boom. Making the choice of which bouyancy aid less of an issue.

Hi guys,
I need a new buoyancy aid, to be used mainly for laser sailing. I need something that i can easily move around in and needs to be relatively high fitting. Any recomendations?
