It is a rounding thing over average laps

Well that could be explained by Halo and Zero off scratch.. a lot of boats in a short distance so guess it was frantic for the guys and gals on the boat.

In a handicap race if two boats with the same handicap finish with the same time they should be scored as a tie even if they could be separated on the water.

Very rarely two boats may get the same corrected time even if elapsed time was a second different, and they should also be scored as a tie.

Not sure tbh. There were a fair few average lap adjustments, i.e some of class A did 4 laps, others 3 laps as the S flag blew when going around, so that needed to be factored somehow.
Pretty sure I beat Mr Lyons in that last race so not sure how he has equal points and a decimal but hey ho - won't matter much to anything.

Well done Simon and team.... The Yoof did pretty well with his 19th (way better than I did, anyway).
The site doesn't give indications of youth and junior.... Does that put Cameron as top U18/21?

Interesting how there's such a mix of classes up the top - maybe this handicapping malarkey works after all😜

*legs it*

Yes rather a nightmare on lap counting at Oxford SC

First provisional set of results,  ended up using the tracking data to confirm scoring sheets but as not everyone took their tracker far from perfect,  please report any obvious mistakes

When I'm RO I hate people who do things like that because it leaves them a lap chart with a boat starting a lap, then the same boat finishing a couple of minutes later, which makes you think you must have misidentified one of them.
As a competitor I've done the same sort of thing myself...

Yes, I did feel guilty straight away, but I got confused as I wasn't sure whether I should have finished or not.
