I want to get pro grip fitted to the D-one cockpit.

1. What is it like fitting pro grip yourself - I'm fairly handy
2. WHO can do a good job fitting pro grip in Scotland - nr. Glasgow

If I chose to paint the cockpit with a non-slip paint has anyone got any reccomendations?
