   For the benefit of others who read YellowWelly's question/answer, but need more detail...

Look at your browser's address bar when you're viewing the vimeo clip - it will show an 8 digit number in the link. Copy that number.

You then write the following into your forum post, using the number:

[TUBE]http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=12345678[/TUBE]

It looks a bit complicated for those who haven't done it before, but just copy and paste what I've done there, then change the 8 digit number.
