Little useful iphone app

I was on duty last night, having set the course, lined the transit up with the start boat, set up the flags, only to find I'd forgotten my watch, couldn't find one anywhere, so had to resort to using this little app I've had on my iPhone for ages..

I have to say it worked fine, counts down fires all the signals off when they should then goes into count up, other than having to keep flicking your phone when it goes to sleep during the lap timing and finishing bits it's great. Oh and telling your mates to foxtrot oscar when they ring you up in the middle of it all...

It's a free app as well, if I'd had my ipad instead of the phone it would have been perfect, but as it was, it got me out of a tricky situation five minutes to go and no watch.. professional race officering at its finest
