Turn boat over, with centerboard in raised position if you look in the front of the case you will see a plate with 2 philips screws holding it, undo the 2 screws and remove the plate. You may also like to loosen the screws that go through a piece of hose/tubing (the friction plate), you shouldnt have to take these right out, just loosen them. Remember how many turns you undo them by so that you can recreate the same friction when you put the board back in.

How do you remove the centreboard from an rs400, or 200 for that matter as there the same?
