A fresh start

After a little bit of reflection (and editing of my original comments), it occurs to me that I have been a little harsh.  Please accept my apologies as I haven't been getting any.  Even though I talk a good game, the truth is that I don’t get on the water much – I don't like helming and no-one seems to appreciate how much I can add as a crew – telling the helm what they should have done and then re-enforcing these lessons every time I see them in the boat park doesn't seem to be appreciated - They are missing a trick though as this really should help them with their inadequacies which are very obvious to me - as I keep telling people.

Anonymity really does have its advantages when you just want to tell it how it is without any comebacks.  However, given my forthright views, I can understand if you would like to inspect my boat to ensure it meets every single class regulation.  To that end, I will sign off with the name and number of my boat.  Just let me know when you would like to inspect it.

See you at the boat show
