OK maybe this isn't the right place to ask but does anyone havve any experience repairing windsurfer boards? A week or so ago i had a rather nasty catapault and the mast cracked the bow of the board at the front and down the side. I thought it was just gelcoat repairs so i set about mending it as i would the 600, sand back around the damaged area, wack some filler on, wait then sand back. (by the way mistral appear to use actual WHITE gel coat!!) Anyway it looked fine once i'd done this but the next time i went out the gel chipped off again. maybe it just didn't bond properly, maybe it's something more serious, either way whats the best way to repair the nose, and is there some sort of foam i can get to stick on the nose to protect it from the mast next time?

600 732, will call it Sticks and Stones when i get round to it.
