still a work in progress but only cost £8.51. Designed to be used with a folding stool which can be moved for different ergonomics, with calibration. Also can be used with a Swiss ball which is quite good as it introduces instability. Still a work in progress, but features adjustable toe strap from seating position, two resistance mainsheets tough and easy. There is also a continuous mainsheet to practice hand over hand.

Will try it for a bit, obviously can convert to a fixed seat if it doesn’t pan out

I made one of these years back when I was sailing Lasers in the squads. Was a total instrument of torture and I do not miss it at all.

Swiss ball makes it way to comfortable. Good for working the core muscles, but not for building the pain endurance!

I want to to work on my core muscles, I am sure there are other forums that will help you with your pain endurance but it isn’t the sort of thing I am into - each to their own though.

I built one for sub £100 that matched the exact dimensions of my solo dinghy deck. I even had some hiking pads just for it. Shame I've got out of the habit of using it! Oh well, it was a fun build

Mine gets used every weekday morning at 5.45am - I know it won’t use it any other time
