Hello everyone. Do you race an Enterprise? If so, what type of course do you prefer, triangles, triangles with sausages, windward/leeward, trapezoid or something different altogether? Your opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm increasingly of the opinion that for normal club racing at least that a wide variety of courses should be set rather than restrict things to a single type. So, thinking back to my Enterprise days (38 years ago!) I'd say all of them...

I do not always agree with Jim, but in this case he is right...

Thinking back to my days as a wide-eyed youth crewing a novice in an Ent, I'd say:
- if it's planing weather, lots of legs about 100 degrees off the true wind to get some blasting in, - beats to sort out the abilities - no runs or gybes unless it's sub-planing!
