Crew Lists

   I am not sure whether this is the right group to post this under but can anyone tell me how they run crew lists at their club these days ?  
We are starting to get an RS 500 fleet going at Datchet (12 now at the club and as many as 6 out at a time for normal club racing).  When I try to get more out on a given weekend I often encounter the excuse that their crew cannot make it (or even that they have permenantly lost their crew).  I am therefore thinking I need some way to refer them to a list of people who are keen/willing to crew either on a specific weekend or more permenantly.  Have any other clubs devised a system of doing this (either web based or otherwise) ?  I am sure this must be a common issue for most dinghy clubs that are not totally dominated by single handed classes.

	I am sure there is a crew database thing. I know the easiest way would be a forum type function on the class noticeboard or a posting/messageboard.
