What about an OK? Great boats and pretty cheap and also solo is another good choice, a lot better than lasers IMO. Also you can get a good cheap one for £750!

Thanks guys for all the Advice. I went to look at the Laser that Les suggested and I am now the new owner. Its an early boat but seems to be in reasonable nick. It had some wear at the top of the mast step which I have repaired and the foils need tidying up a bit but I'm sure it will be fine.

All I need to do now is learn how to sail it .
