What sort of deal have HISC and Bosham etc. got with the Chcichester harbour authorities?????

I am a member of two clubs in Chichester Harbour and i dont think either of
them have any deal with the harbour authorities, everyone goes once a year
to the harbour office and pays their dues. I think though that if you have a
fine put on your boat and it is not paid and then the boat is sold, it carries
over with the boat not with the person who originally owned it.

With Bosham the harbour dues are included in our dinghy park fees, makes it nice and easy for us. Not sure if the club has a bulk discount deal or not though.
