Amy We have a large number of Broads based clubs e.g Rollesby, Hickling, a few who sail on the river, e.g. Buckenham or Horning, and then some more who sail on the salty stuff, e.g. Blakeney or Gt Yarmouth and Gorleston. Some ony operate for the summer season whilst others go all the way through. I used to live near Aylsham and sailed at Rollesby, and have since moved south of Norwich, but have not changed clubs. I would strongly advise doing a Sunday run around to all the clubs and seeing which one is for you, interms of the competition and facilities etc. For your info I believe that many Norfolk sailors are members of more than one club, so that they can either sail throughout the year, or sail inland in the winter and to sea in the summer. All the best with your search. Daren
