Gordon Brown has announced that from April 2007 we will have a full metric system so boats such as the I14 will have to be known as the International 4.2672.

Give politicians 25.4 millimeters and they'll take 1 609 344 millimeters.... hmm, just doesnt have quite the right ring to it...
