Broken windlass

   Hello all!
My windlass didnt' pull the anchor chain, when I opened it I saw that the ring in the picture is broken. 
Does anyone know where can I buy a replacement or what is the name of this part?
The windlass is a bit old and I cannot even figure out the company brand.
