Electronic Navigational Charts

   Hi all, I am a PhD candidate trying to create a dialog system for autonomous underwater vehicles (auv). To do that I need to create a system that understands ENC charts. I would like to gather some data and I was wondering what is the right category to post my questionnaire in this forum or if you know any other website that I could post my form.
