The Cherub in question has never been fitted out let alone sailed. It has a rig availble though.

You can have my one if you fancy fixing the holes in it. It's got no mast but 2 jibs which are fairly decent, a mainsail, kite rudder, a centerboard that's in 2 pieces

Hi folks I have a fireball for sale in your price range, if your still looking.

Its a fibreglass one but performs very well for an old boat, left a nationals winning wooden fireball for dust the other week. Its also very sweet on the helm no weather even in strong gusts and no wobble.

Selling cos my wife hates it, to much stuff to pick up bruises on!

It comes with a combination trailer (modified to fit the boat) and three spinnakers, I've only used one of them, which works well and still has some crisp left in it, not sure what the others are like. Main and jib also in reasonable condition.

Yorks

On the BurghfieldSailing.org site, there is an un-beatable boat for the money:

Fireball 12828

"HALF NELSON"
Excellent Condition, dry stored for 7 years. Complete with full set of Rush sails and numerous other jibs and spinnakers.

Well known boat and was featured in the book "Helming to Win". Sucessful club boat winning many series in the 80's and 90's, including Poole Week in 1996.

£795 ono
