Saw this boat in France, where my sister sails. The full-time sailing instructor/ watersports centre manager was a bit bored before Christmas... She created TWO of those !

Good excuse for a New Year's card, though.

Gatecrashed a mates girlfreinds party, drank loads, watched some fireworks, drank loads more, and woke up in my mates house...theres a few blank spots i my memory.

The best new years yet, and one of the best parties I've been to yet! Anything past 11 is a serious blur. The fact that I found a tenner on the way there made my 2007 and the fact that we knocked over a bucket or Malteasers and they landed the right way up with minimal spillage made 2008! I got back at a stupid hour this morning, only to put the oven on for a pizza and went strait back out for a bit.


Didn't even feel to bad when I woke up, at 3:47 this afternoon in a heap in my living room. My laptop had a video of Angus Deaton getting ripped shreds on "Have I got news for you" about the cocaine and prostitutes thing, and a video of Astronomy Domine, that had finished. They’re good videos.

I don't do New Years but instead was half watching the Ipcress file and half surfing.  Went to bed at 03:00 and was back up by 07:00.  Just got back from a walk and am now getting rid of the christmas tree
