I need to loose 10kgs or more. Am 90ish atm. I would normally go jogging etc, but i work 5 days a week and do about a 60 hour week. So am knackered at the end of the day. Is there anything i can do?

Well unless you are going to go on a starvation diet (porbably leaving you unable to sail due ot lack of energy!) you are going to have to do some excercise!

Have you thought about doing something like those spinning classes? They may be a little girly but they are seriously hardwork and only last about a half hour, after which you should barely be able to move!

Is it for a weigh in so you can do temporary weightloss things like the sauna trick or something more permanent eg for taking up a new class of boat?

....If you get an Albacore you won't need to loose weight and they are faster than a 14.

ALex i have lost just under a stone in a month i work sat behind the steering wheel of my car all day so obviously i am not very active through the day, i have just cut out all fatty foods and reduced my calorie content! I have done very limited exercise with excercise bike and powerball but thats it, i needed to loose at least a stone for the inlands!!!!

The mystical Ben Rhodes emergency crash diet, NOT to be done over prelonged periods of time obviously. 
You are allowed to eat 5 peices of fruit a day (banana counts as 2 peices) and drink water and thats IT!!

No carbs after 4.00pm and no food after 7.00pm will help a lot.  Drop calorie intake and try and only eat carbs for breakfast.  Low intensity, hour long exercise works.  Do your cardio exercise first thing in the morning before breakfast and then leave an hour before eating.
