Radial selection policy

Seems very strange when there are five full time Radial campaigners to short list the selection to four ?!?

	Just individual article related comments. Saves clogging up the forum, and forcing people to read about it if they are not interested. Doesn't stop threads like this being created though. And of course ... Its all helping to load test the Community features!
