Most people on this forum (including me) appear to think themselves knowledgeable about dinghy sailing. I am currently being proved wrong by the sailing quiz on www.cvrda.org (just click on the link on the news page). Something to do now the water has frozen over!

It's just as hard every year. This quiz requires knowledge, wit, concentration, a fantastically well-stocked specialist library and a lot of spare time!

Oh yes, lay off the whisky when you're researching, it might have adverse effects...

Every year, when the answers are published, I read them and I still don't understand the question.

Well done to the expert in cvrda, the classic boat association who entertains us every year with a challenging classic quiz.

It is on a classic boat website, sailorboi!

I had the dubious honour of writing last year's quiz - it took several weeks of research to produce questions that were a mixture of difficulty, but none so hard that no one would get them. If I remember rightly, there was one last year that only our own Chris249 got right!

It's only a bit of fun, and please do enter even if you don't know all the answers. It's worth keeping an eye on the quiz thread  on the CVRDA forum for any updates.
