Looking for a crew and boat

   I'm looking for a youth/junior crew around the bucks area, as well as advice on which boat to purchase. I am 15, about 155cm tall and weigh approx 50kg. I'm looking for a youth/junior double hander to sail. Any advice would be appreciated

	What standard are you sailing/competing at now and in what boats? And are you a experienced helm and/or crew? Your best bet is probably going to be join a club that has an active youth section, then, maybe offer to crew initially, that way you'll get the chance to try a number of different boats. Being a team in a boat is hard, you both need to have the same aims and get along well, if one is super keen and the other insufficiently motivated the partnership is unlikely to last so try to find somebody who has similar goals. 	I am sailing at champion clubs currently, and would like to aim higher. I currently sail an RS Feva, however I do not have a crew at the moment. I have been sailing for more than 5 years and have helmed for the majority of that. I am a member at my nearest club, however the youth section is not exactly active. I would love to join a club with a more active youth section, however they are all too far away currently. Thank you
