Recovered a few boats this morning. A few looking a bit sunk but not much we can do there until the water drops a bit, well... a lot... The water level dropped a bit today but more heavy rain forecast so we will need to see how things pan out.
My boat was just floating on its side held in place by the tiedowns. Haven't seen any obvious damage apart from the tiedown we had to cut to float it out. A lot of boats just floated in place on their trolleys ready to drop back down when the water does. Not looking forward to seeing the mess when the water recedes out of the clubhouse and garage.

Dave,

Where are you planning on taking your 18 out for its first outing this Saturday. Forecast is gusting 40 knots in the Midlands. That could be interesting....

Looks like I have got a ride in the front of a Fireball. If the forecast is right for Sunday it should be a laugh!

If we can source a No.2 Kite for the 18 footer, the racks are all sorted, and everything is looking ready to go (scarily!) for this saturday! Forecast dependant, hoping for it to drop by 10 knots ideal world!
