I look forward to seeing it in big breeze. Graeme what led you to go so wide, it looks almost square?

Yes, it's meant to be the first 'widestyle' dinghy with any luck it'll plane upwind off the rudder, just like a formula windsurf board yet with the fall back position of a centreboard, so the sit down equivalent of the RSX Olympic sailboard, which, in a round about way I was responsible for creating, at least the Hybrid concept that gave rise to boards of that genre which begat the RSX and it's predessecor the Mistral Prodigy.
They also are crap in light wind, but more useful than straight up formula boards were, they couldn't even get up wind below 6 knots.
It looks better in that video than it actually felt, you can see at the end of the clip it sailed straight into another hole then stopped at which point, that contender who it had been holding kept a degree of momentum and got away, in the Alto or the Blaze or the 100, I'd have been the one doing the getting away.
Anyway, not to be, the jib sheeting wasn't working and by then had to be tied off by a very short length of out haul off its boom. A useful bit of film, shame their battery ran out before it fully fired up, I'd like to have seen that, maybe next time I'll get someone else to sail it and film the stuff I need to see myself.

Not the first widestyle dinghy by any means.  Even the Yanks have them:

Melges 17.  Could be better, but I'd love a go of one.

So where is the video from this weekend GRF?  Sunday could have been interesting if you had the same F4-F6 we did...

Brrr too cold, it was bloody arctic and 28-30kts offshore, nobody much felt like it, so they didn't launch the rescue boats.

Then the irresponsible lunaticontender fringe went out anyway..

I didn't fancy it in that, very gusty and I really don't do sub 10 degrees these days, not strong offshore at least, I guess it's a hangover from Windsurfing, offshore winds were grilled into us as a no no..

A shame, had it been warmer I'm sure it would have flown.

There's no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothes/kit

So offshore breeze = no no
Onshore breeze = cannot launch thru breakers!

Surely offshore breeze = easy launching
