OK, is it me or does the idea of butter and clotted cream sound a little like a recipe for arteriosclerosis !
But then if its not hurting anyone else go for it  Big smile

Scone (gone) for me.

As for the cream thing, I married a cornish woman, and down in the land of scones (even though she pronounces it wrong) it is always clotted cream on top of jam. If you must put something under the jam, make it butter.

We are super welcoming while we asses social standing and monetary wealth. Then we have 2 doors. One to the tea and the other into the deepest part of the lake.

Seriously we are very friendly and welcoming.
