went datchet saturday with the 5k put mast up saw the wind was recording 41mph from the thingy in the clubhouse, decided to see what the wind did,went home...
sunday, gd old squad training in a rs200 havent sailed a 200 in many many months and straight away was beating a regular 'team' of 200 sailors(and almost leading the entire fleet(only a laser infront)). impressed the coaches so much that they want me and my crew to campaign the 200 from now on.  there is video of the day which i will soon put on youtube once i get the camera off the person who has it |

We couldn't have sailed even if we'd wanted to. The sea and the beach were covered in timber. See the coverage in the local online paper: http://www.worthingherald.co.uk/worthing/2000-tons-of-timber -hits.3691893.jp It was very impressive.... and not a good idea for dinghies! |

I went sailing on Saturday in a nice 3/4 and got some solid
practice. I went sailing on Sunday in a good 5 and what a different a few hours
practice makes! Last Sunday we were all over the place (it was a bit windier
though), but yesterday we just sailed though it all and it was mental! Scaring
the Musto's and 700's is fun. |

Ratface - in your view whats the 200 like say compared to a 400?
Would of gone out on sunday but was stuck doing stuff indoors. Not going out this weekend as on holiday - yey!! |
