Dear Dave,

I have finsished uni for this year, and now have 3months with nothing to do. I have a fully maxed overdraft, and the likliehood that next year I will need to spend lots of money on beer and pizzas.

I have come to the conclusion that I will need to get a job. However, I appear to be unemployable. Have you got any suggestions where I can get paid money for doing bugger all?

Heard an ad on the radio today about people with sleep problems, they want to monitor peoples sleep patterns and will cover your expenses. For a studenty type person like yourself this would be ideal.

Panic not though, you are not alone, most people who leave Uni are unemployable, this is because while you were getting drunk in the student bar, and kidding yourself that you were becomming inteligent, all the thikos who did not make it to Uni got all the jobs.

Sorry I did not get the telephone number of the sleep thing on the radio, I have a job which pays quite well (and has done since I left school at 16) and was thinking about the money I was earning.

There is an international company who specialises in employing the otherwise unemployable, you should try them, run by a clown called Ronald MacDonald.

Stu become a dinghy instructor, go off to work for sunsail or sumthing for a while, get a tan, meet some nice ladies who have enough money to spend a week sailng in the med. Sorted!

What radio station was it? Not sure how old you are on the Radio 1, 2 or 4 scale. And was it the news or one of those annoying adverts inbetween choons?
