Ye Frank it was fun riding over the waves at watching all clads out. Those people in that RS200 were good with the kite up and going the fastest i have cn a RS go.

Ha Ha those 3 men in the lazer 2000 capsized then gettin towed in and left the boat out there and the same with the RSfeva.

why didnt those girls speek to us we feel unloved

Perfect winds at Oxford yesterday. I can safely say
I've never been so fast in a 420, waves spurting up
through the centerboard case. Got the kite up and
screamed (just a tad overpowered!!) down the
resevoir, with the rescue boat left far behind...
Jumping waves upwind - absolutely perfect.
Whilst trapezing behind the helm on a v fast tight
reach, I started to swing round toward the forstay (as
unfortunately happens occasionaly), luckely, my feet
hit the water, and I spent a couple of seconds
water-skying alongside (well it felt like it...), until I
managed to just step onto the side of the boat
again!! absolutely crazy!!

topper training yesterday so i didn't sail, going today tho woooooooo

walkin round the lake with girlfriend (who sails ) havin a rite laugh at some spectacular capsizes the topper sailors were doing,

saw my brother runnin dead downwind burried nose into wave in front the boat started to pitch pole then flew over to starboard with the rig in the air and sailed off leaving him to swim after it.
i think the boat went quicker on its own then it eva has done with him sailing it (but don't tell him i sed that)

Yeah some very interesting misaps:

1)on satudays the disabled sailing guys go out in the trimarans and they were absolutely flying along then one broached in a wave and pivoted about 180 degrees but luckily didnt capsise.

2) i was beating (trying too ouch!) and was sat quite far foward like you are meant to (not when its that windy but o well) and the whole boat and me all went into a wave, i couldnt steer because there was so much weight on the boat then we gybed i capsised to leeward with my feet still in the straps and was hanging upside down for a bit trying to get my feet out ;-( it really hurt !!!

3)laser was reaching fast and ran aground, the helm shot fward over the deck and fell in the drink then the waves carried his laser on top of him . (this same laser had another accident and is now he proud owner of only half a daggerboard.

4)sailing by the lee (me) zoomed completely in the wave in front then travelled down the next one a  long way then pitchpoled, im sure it didnt but it felt like the boat had sorta stuck up at 90 degrees when it chucked me in!

The waves were stupidly big considering its only an average sized lake!

I was out today, instructing in wayfarers, but it was only touching F7 at times (perfect for their first time sailing )

65Km/h is bottom end of F8 about 34 knots... in a Topper I assume?
