Insurance claims - straightforward?

I leant my boat to a national chamption to do an open meeting, came ashore at the end of a day 1 with a broken mast and bust deck. Fair play to the champ he did get it all sorted out - like tracking down the only mast and getting it sent to him, get deck fixed etc, but Noble were very helpful and settled the (quite large) claim very promptly. I'm happy to continue to insure with them and wont rush to try and save a £5 on my premium
