Mirror Open at Marconi SC, I understand their first.  Really looking forward to my first open this year and sailing in some tidal waters!

Cherubs, Moths, 600ffs and Canoes are at Wetson this weekend. Sounds like one hell of a gathering and I can't wait  .

If you can't carry it, don't sail it!

Isn't this technically meant for the "What did you do LAST weekend"

Helm's off horse riding. And it's the first leg of the King George versus Fishers Green "Golden Rudder" event, away at FGSC- we'd have had to borrow a boat anyway. And as the line is shut this weekend, I can't get myself there.

Next weekend's even worse, the daft bugger's off crusing with his dad in a Kestrel, rather than us going to the b14 nationals.

This is the point that not owning a boat or a car really sucks.

Tomorrow I'm going to stand over the phantom in the morning trying to figure out the control lines, I won't sail it and then I'll be teaching.

On Sunday I'm going to mess about with the control lines on the contender and then I won't sail it before doing safety cover.....

the same, but different...

Sailing on Saturday in the Vareo ... Should be good fun! (Once I finish repairing my Gelcoat, and give the hull a bit of a clean up - Its filthy somehow!)

And on the BLYM stand for a few hours on Sunday at the "Ricky Week Canal Festival" ( 1 -> 3, hoping its gonna be OK weather ... if not, we've got a marquee! )

Wind East or northeast 3 or 4 increasing 5 to 7.
Sea state Slight or moderate.
Weather Thundery showers then mainly fair.
Visibility Moderate or poor, occasionally good later.

forcast for tomorrow is looking interesting. especially with the amount of sail up. at least its not the thunder and lightening as it was lasttime. wonder what a 30ft skiff is like in a force 7
