im doing the hill head easter duck race, a pursuit race where the leader starts with the duck and if you overtake the leaer you have to take the duck the duck off them. (they should pass you the duck) and the winnr is the person with the duk as they cross the line. thats friday, the rest of the weekend im teaching on an RYA 1 course. |

first out trphy at llandudn this sunday, hopeing for about 5mph winds so i can stand a chance in my 300 against all the bl**dy Gp14's. should be fixing up a laser5000 for a play in during the easter break aswell

I'd love to do the duck race that sounds soo cool! I'm sure me and mark (splosh) would have fun trying to pass the duck to each other (if we ever got it!! Actually he'd probably throw it at my head if i tried to overtake him whist he was leading!! Adam |

lol! Anything can become violent and very competitive when brotherly love is envolved especially between me and you! Yeah, we should so pinch that idea! Not sure it would be so practical on a windy day when your over taken down wind by a 800 or so We have a Lemons hill bridge race on the monday, the whole lake getts opened so we can get knocked over by swirling, gusting and horrible winds for hours on end in the narrow bit of the lake Also have the first Eastern windsurfing event on sunday and its going to be blumin' freezin... Brrrr Mark. |

I like the idea of the duck race too, but the chances of me actually getting my hands on the duck would be pretty remote............overtake the leader ! - you're 'avin' a laff (after all, I do sail an RS very-slow)
 (Cue Evil laugh..........long length of thin elastic tied to the duck  )

I've taken the sane (Vareo Sailor) option .. and wussed out.

Take a Laser instead, rig it down and you'll be fine. As to Ratfaces cooking, take your own tinned baked beans and a loaf of bread and you can't go wrong! |
