I've said it before and I'll say it again: it makes no difference what you think of GRF's opinions or his boat, the fact remains that he's had the balls to put his time & money on the line and do it. For that I applaud him. Though the temptation is always there I'd advise the more infantile naysayers to refrain from pointing & laughing, if it works you'll look mighty silly.

At 68 k Tasar is very light for an ancient double hander. It looks heavy but it is not, hence my comment. I was not being pedantic.

I was just pointing out that by GRFs own admissions he's already 40% out on one of his design parameters and I have no doubt he'll be even further out on his perfomance hopes/dreams/delusions.
