Point 1.  Who says they don't have other stuff on them, they are after all owned by the US DOD.

Point 2.  They are a ranged based system so don't really use trig to calculate postion.

I hope this information is sufficiently useless.

I thought the boats did fly.  I wonder if you set up a really big lamp in the middle of the race course will the flying moths all circle around it?
