it was a wicked event, managed to get 18.2 mph on a 2 sail reach, the backstrap is a comfy place to be when going downwind!!

Doug. 2 sail reaches arent very fun in the 4k especially when it was as it was! Plus if lukes strapped in at the back it means i can laugh at him if we capsize and he is dangling upside down

I think it would be possible if you had a 'crap' crew and they decided to take a running dive round the forestay. But not when being sailed by someone who wasn't a 'tard.

It has the tendancy to do so on a 2 sailer in big winds. But thats only in a bear away etc. Nearly did it with the kite up at sheppy we hit a big wave and the boat slowed and i thought we were a gonner but the nose popped back up and we went off again
