Hallhead beach, Le Mans start, FO Big Ship to port...... who needs a course master!

Not wishing to restart a recent s**t storm but are we likely to find out the VIN numbers of the cargo onboard that racing mark if it is a bit battered and bruised........just asking like

The cars will fit much better into narrow parking spaces now, I'd imagine...

By all accounts, the cars are Bentleys and Jaguars together with some heavy industrial machinery so not likely to feature too strongly on our list of likely tow cars.

So the heavy plant has landed on some very expensive motors - some unhappy customers about, then.

1200 cars from Jaguar Landrover and 105 pieces of JCB construction equipment (the JCBs were for delaers in the Middle East according to news report).

So presumably 95 'others' probably Bentleys.....

Apparently the cargo should be ok as it is secured against extreme weather. What I am waiting to hear is this.....they beached the boat because it developed a severe list, how can they re float the boat unless they can correct the list and how will they do that if they have no idea what caused it?

Also we spent a few days at Calshot last year and watched these monsters chugging up and down the seaway. Did no one see or photograph this vessel in trouble?

Speculation is that tanks cross flooded due an open or faulty valve. And the Bentleys will be written off even if apparently unharmed.
