My question is, dear Dave: would you know any craftsman of superior skills who could help building a mighty craft to enter next year's race? Rowing is done in teams, so you could even be part of the winning crew!

Hmm what do you think? Wanna help??

I know a craftsman of the highest degree, he is also capable of some mighty constructions (was going to use another term there but the thread may have been locked).

Our forum friend Brian is a good rower.

I am scared of baths.

Absolute bargain, whatever the price.  One of a kind.  Sell your house, sell your wife, sell your kids if you have to, to buy it. I think that the rig is way ahead of its time.

Don't forget to get loads of credit cards.  They are a  safe and sensible way to borrow lots of money. Carol Vorderman (phwoaaar) also does loans, I've seen her on the telly telling me how good they are.

Don't worry about being outbid by some one up north.  Our southern houses are worth loads more than a northern terrace two up two down jobby. You will easily be able to raise more on your mansion.

Remember get your bid in early so as all the others know what they are up against.

Can I come for a sail when you've bought it?

Oh I nearly forgot this piece of sound financial advice.

If you owe the bank £10,000 you've got a problem.

If you owe the bank £1,000,000 then they've got the problem.

(bought to you free of charge from bigwavedave financial services who are not regulated by anyone and only work on a large commission basis.  remember that the value of your investment may fall as well as plumet.  you will get back a lot less that you pay in, guaranteed. if you want a written quotation then go somewhere else)

Wow that looks even better.  It is a shame that you didn't win the other one, I recon that if you combined the rig of the first boat with the hull of the second and vice versa, you could have a couple of winning designs on your hands.

Every body send turn turtle some money immediately so he can buy that awesome racing machine.  For security reasons it is best to make all cheques payable to cash and send them to my home address, I will then forward them on to him, (after taking a small handling fee of course)
