I was one of 5 fat blokes trying shed some pounds for the J24 nationals.  Its not fun - I spent three weeks before eating nothing but rice crispies trying to crash diet.

After the weigh in we saw the forecast for the next day and celebrated with chips and cheese and pints of guiness!!

Forcast is for 25-30knots so theres going to be some serious bacon sarnie abuse after the weigh-in tommorrow morning...
