And at last one of our own boats - Merlin Rocket "Half Cut" built in 1968.
The original owner is still very active in the class and as the fashion then was for wider boats, he and the builder took the successful Proctor 9B design and widened it, hence the lovely curved sheerline.
Things like that just don't seem to happen now!
