X1 Dinghy

   I saw the X1 today...I also saw the underside of the hull a few times, it looks shiny!

	You're damn right you did. That would have been me and Martin and just goes to show that Val and Roger in the other X1 sailed a much better race than us - no capsizes there. Getting the main sheet wrapped round the tiller would have been the deliberate mistake. We're putting in time to do all these windy Bloody Mary's on the promise that we've had (...?) that it will be a lighter wind one at some stage, which we are looking forward to. How did you get on?

	Great race with Val up to that point, then schoolboy error. Mainsheet pulling tiller out of my hand at the end of the gybe, capsize, too much time recovering kite. Never mind, loads of fun! We are now owed a light airs BM.

	Chris, we did ok, sailing the 200 towards the back of the fleet cruised around the course without swimming. On a side note have you seen the video from the TV event at Oxford back in November? It's on YouTube.
