The lefties would rather the 10 grand was spread out to 10000 people, so ensuring that nobody can do anything with any of it.

It is a really sad thing about economics that the trickle down effect (where one rich person spending money benifits lots of others) doesn't actually work very well. If it did, fewer boat builders would go bust...

There are lots of woolly minded left wing liberals who don't have to have the nitty gritty dealings with unwashed smelly sorts that go on trains (I went on the train last week, ghastly experience.)

Funny I don't know many woolly liberal left leaning types in boats, why even the nicest sorts scream like mental banshees if you call for something like water at a mark and they don't think there is any..

Another reason not to sail a Solo, you meet even more shouty people, life is so much more pleasant sailing in your own bit of the fleet away from the hoi polloi and so it is in the rest of life, easy to be a left leaning liberal if you don't actually have to mix with them..

despite a surname that allegedly heralds from south wales, I can assure you if I saw a dragon I would attempt to slay it, not pet it and make it a national emblem.
