Bull?  Four legs, horns and an unhealthy attraction to anything red?  Doesn't sound like an insect or bird to me but no doubt someone will enlighten me..

yes the Plymouth Dolphin - one came to the cvrda nationals at Roadford a few times.

SigneT -  cygnet but this didn't fit with  the Sunday Times
(Fairey) Duckling
Swan -  oops not a dinghy
Sunfish - the most popular dinghy in the world
Halibut - no I made that one up
