Race officer scoring

   We don't. It is all carefully planned so that everyones duties are spread out enough that no one will miss more than one race in a particular series and so forth. Works ok for us.

	Hi all, Just wondering how yo score your average for duties?? At the moment we are using all race results scored, but not DNC's. Problem I see with that, and it is personal so I might be biased, is that someone can use all of their discards as DNC's and then only their counted results make up the average, which is also a counted result. Whereas someone could sail all the races, end up with a worse average score. Or we could change it and score all the results countable or not, but as we all know, at club level we usually need a discard or two for races we cannot make. So my question is, what system are you using at your club?
