Was absolutely horrible driving down the M11 this morning- there was about a cm of snow on the ground when I left the house, about 2-3cm on the car. Snow/slush on the surface down till I got to about the M25. Made much worse by people that don't know how to drive in snow- you try and leave a big gap to the car in front (five seconds or so is recommended by the Highway Code, and is frankly sensible) and three vehicles will pull into it. Then someone will scream past doing 90.

Mindyou, with two thermal rashvests on, I was sweating once out on the water.

its been hailing and snowing on and off at hill head all weekend. up until today i'd managed to dodge the hard rain whilst sailing but today i got hailed on whilst sailing my mates buzz. i didnt have a hat on and it stung like you would not believe!
600 732, will call it Sticks and Stones when i get round to it.

It is the earliest easter since 1913 and statisically it is more likely to snow at easter than on Christmas day

..apparently, I heard on the wireless.

Not much snow but thickish ice on the boat covers in the SE. Had a blast in a club Pico. Bit windy later, lost my syrup . It might turn up at Lancing or Hythe, don't know which way it'll go?

It snowed at bbsc today and i was one of two to go sailing. The other was the race officer, who lent me his 300, and I lent him the 600.

Yea wasn't bad, needed a bit more wind to get her going, didn't find it too much of a challenge to be honest. Doesn't quite have the power of the 600 though, but still a nice sail none the less.
