I would check the dates with the clubs concerned (search on the Clubs link on this web-site), but here is a list of SOME (not all) of the weeks that exist. Go to the clubs concerned and check up on last years results to see the classes and numbers of people who sail (although some of the clubs are not as good as others at self promotion!),

Pyefleet week at Brightlingsea S.C. on the East Coast. Aug 12-17th.

One race a day, alternates AM/PM. Launch into a sheltered creek (20 to 200 yds wide, depending on the tide), start / finish 10yds from the slip way, which is right next to the club house, bar, lunch, evening meal and hot showers. Racing takes place in a 1/2 mile to 2 mile wide estuary. Safe beach and swimming for toddlers near by. Camp site within 100 yds. RS400's, Vareos, Mirror, Fireball, Blaze, RS600/700/800, 29er, Topper plus cats

Abersoch week on the West Coast. July 22-27th

Open sea sailing, one race a day in the afternoon, with good beaches for the shore party. Definately a holiday resort. Large and very competitive RS400 fleet (45 boats). A long way to travel, but well worth it once you are there. Other fleets include RS200, GP14, Mirrors, Laser, Radials, Solo, Enterprise, Fireballs.

Chichester Fed week at Hayling Island S.C. Aug 13-17th.

Good RS400 fleet (20 boats). One race a day, inside the harbour. Other classes include: RS200, 700, Elite, Feva, Flying 15, Finn, Laser, Radial, 4.7s, Wayfarer, Solo, Topper, Optimist.

Poole week at Parkstone Y.C. Aug 19 to 24th.

This year there is no RS400 class, as the Nationals are being held the same week. Hot competition, with many Burghfield boats attending. Good sailing, one race a day in the afternoon, with some beats over 2 miles in length, within the "sheltered" harbour. Expensive accomodation for the week, with camp sites and caravans all some distance from the club. Other classes include Merlins, Albacores, Fireballs, Wayfarers, Enterprises, Lasers, 4.7s, Flying 15's.

Cowes Dinghy Week at Gurnard S.C. July 22-27th.

One race each afternoon for RS400s (12 to 15 boats), RS200s (15 to 20), Lasers (20 to 25) and other classes.

Cowes Week. August

Falmouth Week at Restronguet S.C. Aug 11-18th. One longer or two shorter races a day for the dinghies.

Salcombe Week. Aug 5-11th. One race a day for many different classes, e.g. Asymetric handicap, Enterprise, Laser, OK, Natioanl 12, RS200, Salcombe Yawl, Solo, Topper, Wanderer.

Camel Week at Rock August. Handicap Fleet of 65-70 boats, alternating handicap Lap-timed and Pursuit races.

Bassenthwaite S.C. Bass Week. August. Fast Handicap, Flying 15, Laser, Ents, GP14 Mirror.

Deben Week. Aug . (Not on this year)

Stone S.C. Stone Week

Oultern Broad Week. Aug. 3 races a day.

North West Norfolk Week.

Blackwater Week.

Mersea Week.
