Madway Maniac. My 5mm legs 3mm chest longjohn was made to measure suit by Beaver, better known for diving gear. They are not expensive either.

A fine fleece? i use a gill micro fleece underneath my Spray top and have done for 3 years or so, it dries a lot quicker than the aquafleece does, is fairly lightweight and doesnt absorb that much water so works pretty well.

I've just got the aquafleecey gloves going to try them 2moro but the soft warmness is drawing me towards getting an aquafleece aswelll already and I haven't actually sailed in them yet! they seem pretty popular!

Happy winter Sailing!

i wouldnt want to try it!! i am quite sure that the matterial used in the aquafleeces and stuff similar is quick drying and also wont absorb water.

to be honist it is probily worth just buying a new spraytop/aquafleece cos will last a while and they are really nice and warm.

happy winter sailing

Because my one of my other hobbies/sports is scuba diving, and i only do that in warmer climates i have a selection of wetsuits to choose from depending on the weather:

5mm longy
5mm shorty
3mm shorty

And the 5mm shorty is designed to fit on top of the 5mm longy to give extra protection round the trunk. Not much i can't go out in, it's just choosing semi decent days to enjoy it.

In the summer board shorts, t-shirt and nowt else.
