(not impressed by the bought-in seasure trap disks though, bit of a cop-out I feel)

I'm running a coaching course this weekend for RS600's, but it looks like the weather gods have well and truly p**sed on my chips. Very light winds forecast for saturday, marginal trapezing on sunday.

I did have a number of exercises in mind, but as most of them related to trapeze work, does anyone have any ideas on useful exercises that can be done in a trapeze boat, when it is not windy enough to trapeze?????

Dry-land drills on a boat on it's trolley are one thought, anyone got any others?

Thanks in advance

Jamie
