Largish GRP boats will burn, just put a wooden boat inside, if possible top off with a smaller wooden boat, similar to a "3 bird roast"

Fill it up with empty beer bottles and other ocean detritus..... maybe some 6-pack rings around a plastic seagull's throat.  

Then flog it on eBay in the modern sculpture / environmental art section.

I go for the no risk approach of watching from a distance while an expert does the cutting!

Not at all sure about a chain saw. A reciprocating saw would be my choice. A much lower risk option.

In our case the boats are all paid for but just left in a total mess and frankly a risk to other boats in the compound due to dodgy rigging etc.
We have other the last few years got rid of the non payers by selling or bonfire in a couple of cases. One GRP Ent is still causinga problem as I dont think anyone will want that and we cant burn it.
If you do want it let me know its yours!
