Guys, I am glad the class is now back on track ad going well.  We used to have a fleet at Tewkesbury (Back in the 80's) and i always thought they looked great.  One thing, could you stop Spamming the article comments box!!  Posting 4 comments with two words on each article (Just to drag it up to the top)  is a cheap tack-tick and more annoying then anything else. 

Its a similar story with the British moth articles and photos!

Now I just wonder which fellow Club mate with an interest in Lightnings and British Moths and too much time on his hands might just be helping out with this little scam. To be fair though earlier in the year it was promoting our Club which I guess has to be OK by me!!

Well 15 years after I started this thread and having 7 other boats along the way . My mind is slowly coming round to the thought of being a Lightning 368 owner again . Smile

TBH the most surprising thing was finding this forum was still operating as there isn’t a link for it on the main Y&Y web page anymore . I only found it by accident as I was googling info on mk 2 Lightnings ( the mk 3 deck is just too shallow and wide for my old legs/knees ) and this thread came up.
 I still love my D-zero but it’s just not the right boat for the tiny reservoir I sail at, plus it’s just too much boat for me when it’s windy . I must be getting old lol.  Smile

After all I was a mere 46 when I started this thread .  LOL

My problem is not with the boat , it’s the fact I sail on eight acres and my increased decrepitude and ineptitude. LOL
