I saw this when in France the other week when sailing the Cherub in the
Euro Cup at Carnac. Although the photo doesn't really show it, it is only
about 8ft long! 3 sails single wire nutter machine! It really flew. Mast
made from windsurffer masts with PBO rigging all up, mast, sails e.t.c it
weighed 40kg.

Haha, this boat is called LT300 by its conceptor. It is the unique exemplar still in test.

It fly but he can only handle spinnaker until force 1.5

It's very cool, but not quite unique. There's a guy down here in Australia who has built a couple of similar 6 and 8 foot skiffs in the modern style.
